What is the Anti-Theft Update?
The software upgrade modifies your vehicles control modules and is available on all models with a turn-key-to-start exhaust system. With the upgrade, when you lock your vehicle’s doors using your key fob, it will set the factory alarm and will activate an ignition kill feature, meaning the vehicle cannot be started without your key. Unlocking your vehicle with the key fob will deactivate the ignition kill mode.
